Learning is further strengthened through the following features and course completion requirements:

FreeStyle (Mandatory Requirement): A contact session organised twice during the course.Participants are required to attend one of the two sessions. Envisaged as a series of interactive debates with an expert panel, the aim of these sessions is to give the participants real insignts on specific issues and enable them to form their opinion on it. This would require the participants to travel to the location of the session.

GroundZero (Mandatory Requirement): Participants are required to undertake a structured visit to an accredited MFI. The aim is to ensure that the participants gain insights into the functioning of an MFI. The visit can be undertaken any time during the course. This would require the participants to travel to the MFI.

Passport Guide (Optional): An optional facility of having a guide is provided for those who feel that regular interaction with a Guide in scheduling and following up on their study-plan, would help them in completing the course requirements on time. The guide would follow up with the participants on a weekly basis.

Waivers: Participants can apply to seek waivers from specific course completion requirements.
